3018 Savage Lane
3018 Savage Lane was completed during the summer of 2017. It is a 16x24 frame cabin with 2 by 6 construction and an additional layer of foam. The cable staircase rail as well as the use of above and beneath interior stair storage allows this cabins to have a large open feel while providing ample storage space. It has two full upstairs rooms that makes this ideal for either a roommate situation or a small family. Because of its new status, pets are not allowed in this rental unit.
3031 Savage Lane
This is a 16x20 two story well-insulated frame cabin, built in 2006. It has a heated arctic entry and a closet built under the stairs. The fuel tank has 200 gallon capacity. The kitchen range is electric. Pets are not allowed in this cabin.

This cabin has an efficient single-bedroom design. It is 16x20, with well-insulated walls and laminate floor downstairs. The downstairs ceiling and loft floor are attractive T&G pine, and the walls and upstairs ceiling received fresh paint June 2016. It has energy-efficient lighting, an electric kitchen range, and a custom-made ash butcher block countertop. The small Toyo heater and 200 gallon fuel tank is more than enough to keep you comfortable through the coldest winter. Fuel use has been reported to be about 225 gallons of fuel per winter. Pets are not permitted in this cabin.
